    I've gone to a few parties lately that involved pizza and Chinese today. Man oh man I need to get ahold on things. Plus its my TOM so that's just wonderful.   • YES! That Easter water weight is finally coming off! I have seen the 187's before, so I look forward now to 186.9, as it will be the first time I've seen it during my weight loss journey! SO CLOSE to no longer obese! I got this!!!

    At least down from starting weight this morning. I'm still incredibly sore today, so again not sweating it. I've only buckled back down for a handful of days but I can see a visual change already, pants fitting better etc. Happy with that.


    Seeing some GREAT progress from so many already!!! WOOO HOOO. We are going to KILL April!!! (Apologies to anyone named April as that would be an unfortunate coincidence.)

    Well I'm brand new to this site, but I'm going to give this a try. I've lost 7lbs on my own, but I think my hubby is sick of hearing me talk about my damn "lifestyle change" So I think I can do this. Hopefully this site helps!

    Not dong so good so far, but it's not for lack of trying? I've been following my diet for the first few days here to a T (except day 1, I was about 400 cals over, so theres my setback, sigh)

    Gotta be careful and be prepared! Hoping more weightloss by Saturday will be a motivator for me because I am going to a bridal get-together for brunch & to look for bridesmaid dresses, and I have to battle IHOP of all places... I looked under their healthy menu though and I've already chosen two things that fit my diet and my calorie level, so god, give me strength!

    I hate seeing how that extra 400 calories put me up in weight the next day. No more!
  • Haven't lost anything yet, but I just started a new workout (walking hills for 3-4 hours, I'm training for hiking season) so maybe I'm recovering and gaining in my muscles. (I can sure feel SOMETHING happening there). But, when I look back at this past whole week I notice that I've just had a whoosh, so maybe my body's just catching up. IDK. Hope to be losing with you all soon!
