  • SOPTB my wedding dress is coming in about two weeks and I am cutting out all sweets except for fruit! I want it to look gooooood on me!!!!
  • SOPTB I have lost another 1/2 lb. I'm 120.5 --only .5 lbs away from my secret wish goal of 120!!!! Katie
  • SOPT because dress...is...coming...soon...I...hope!
  • SOPTB I totally binged out on double stuffed Oreo's last night and MUST be 'good' today.
  • SOPTB I have a revision to my tummy tuck on July 20th, and so I'd like to take advantage of it by losing a few more pounds.
  • SOPTB lately it has been hard to do it!
  • SOPTB I'm going to a BBQ and need to avoid the trigger foods.

    Kazem - keep your eye on the prize of looking fantastic in your gown.
  • SOPTD because I am finally at my goal weight after maintaining at 145 for 3 months. I am also looking forward to a few margaritas tomorow night.

  • SOPTB I"m at 3 months of Maintenance!!YAY!!!
    I'm actually down to 120.5 which is 6.5 lbs lower than my goal weight of 127 which I reached on March 16.
    Hurt my shoulder/ arm ( actually reactivated an old problem) so I have not been able to do UB work for a week.
    Hoping to get back to it on Tuesday; so I've been doing cardio, abs and LB.
  • SOPTB - I'm craving plain yogurt with a orange and salad after a weekend of 2 BBQ's and a pizza. The scale wasn't too bad this morning, just a bit above my all time low of 105.
  • SOPTB that blasted dress better come soon!!!!!!!
