  • Hey everybody!!!

    I did 65 minutes High impact Step aerobics with some light weights, sit ups and leg lifts!

    Anybody got any exercises to strengthen my lower back? It starts hurting halfway through my workouts. It does this when I stand too long and clean the house as well. Any suggestions?
  • 22 min on the elliptical
    20 min walk
  • 5k run
  • yesterday, nothing, planned
    today, 60 min DDR, gym was closed... i hate you, snow!
  • yesterday: nothing (planned rest day)
    today: 6 mile run
  • 60 min upper/lower/abs strength combo routine, super-setted out to the point that it was cardio as well because I was SUPER pressed for time.
  • 24 min eliptical, 5-10 min weight lifting with the arms.

  • 2-mile run and 40 minutes yoga
  • 4 mile run
  • Sometimes one has to rush. Especially when one is getting married in 5 weeks and the world is spinning out of control :-)

    50 min cardio, more to come later.

  • Yikes, 5 weeks??? I commend you for keeping up with the exercise Mandalinn! I can't imagine not being a total basketcase at this point

    I had a few lax days due to crappy weather and going up to visit a grad school, just played DDR for 45 minutes to an hour.

    Tonight I finally got back to the gym, 25 min incline treadmill at 3.5 mph, and 35 minutes on the elliptical.
