Not going to make goal but it looks like I have a few days off work, so I should be able to take out at least 3 a day until the month is done...which means I will make last month's goal......go gary...go gary...

Got the mutts out for 4 this morning. A little short for the month as far as goal...but way better than some of my past years!

See you all next month and good luck with your goals!

51/75 MILES

I'm taking it a little easier this week, because I still have this weird lightheaded/dizziness thing. I have no idea what's causing it or what to do to make it stop! (And yes, I'm sure it's not swine flu. And yes, I've been ASKED THAT.)

26 - 12 miles
27 - day off
28 - 6 miles
29 - day off
30 - 8 miles

So, I gave myself a break on the weights for this week but I've kept up with the running. I want to get back to a full program next week, because I feel like a big slug right now!
