4/15-20 mins of cardio with Denise Austin Bootcamp, Level 1 of Jillian's 30 Day Shred, and according to my pedometer, I did 12,000 steps and 6 miles at work today.

Angie and I walked the beach wall this morning with the mutts for 3.5+ miles. We park and finish right at a little beach cafe...how lucky! We split ham/spinach/egg and tomato/basil/egg croussaints...beautiful morning along the southern coast of California.
