    Angie and I did at least 3 miles at the duck pond/trails...with me falling off the rocks and into the creek....knee deep....no need to shower lower half tonight.

    Not going to make goal but it looks like I have a few days off work, so I should be able to take out at least 3 a day until the month is done...which means I will make last month's goal......go gary...go gary...

    Got out with the mutts and did 3 miles on the way up to the elementary school....stopping every now and then so little ones could pet my spoiled brats!
  • 29--Bike to work and back, about 55 min; 45-min stability ball class
  • Got the mutts out for 4 this morning. A little short for the month as far as goal...but way better than some of my past years!

  • I'm taking it a little easier this week, because I still have this weird lightheaded/dizziness thing. I have no idea what's causing it or what to do to make it stop! (And yes, I'm sure it's not swine flu. And yes, I've been ASKED THAT.)

    30 - 8 miles

    So, I gave myself a break on the weights for this week but I've kept up with the running. I want to get back to a full program next week, because I feel like a big slug right now!
