Yep slinky's is a big inside play thing. There is a big play area with tubes and balls..then they have bumper cars, arcade, and lazer tag. I kicked butt in lazer tag...I dont know how I do it but I always seem to win in lazer tag. Like I got 44,000 something both times and the closest was my husband and friend sherri with 20,000 something...most of them kids including teens were in the one thousands...LOL...When I played in college I always beat my friends...I am not sure if its because I used to hunt and shoot my bb gun all the time when I was little?? LOL..Anyways got LOTS of excercise in and it was FUN!! We ran all over first we split in teams of 5 then the second game the 3 adults took on all the kids...of course the team I was on won both times...LOL...ok well anyways...it went good not problems and everyone had fun...I gotta go need to get in bed. I am way tired!!! lata
Painted lady: Funny how missing one workout can make you feel so guilty. It's just a mind game, you'll be fine, but I do understand.
I'm so not ready for Christmas. I haven't done anything, no decorating, and I have an agreement with everyone for no presents b/c of lack of $$. This whole season is passing me by.

I got sick over the weekend. My throat is still a bit sore but I'm feeling better today and hopefully I'll be able to work out. I'm kind of stressed because I'm still trying to get Christmas shopping done. Take care everyone, ttyl
I'm soo tired today and as a result have the worst headache. The reason is about 11pm last night on our way home we stopped at the garage and as my brother was filling the tank he could hear meowing. After looking around to see where the noise was coming from we discovered two little kittens scellotaped into a box just dumped in some bushes. The box was soaked off the rain and it was freezing. We took the poor things to the vets and they had cat flu and were in awful condition. I cant beleive that somebody could do anything like that regardless of money problems etc. Anyway I'm happy theyre okay now and that we found them when we did, the result is though me being awfully tired and cranky.
Sometimes I wish I could be on the biggest loser. I know I cant find someone to watch my kids if I would go on. I know though if i lost the weight I could keep it off....even though all they do all day long is concentrate on losing weight and you cant do that when you go back to your regular life. Oh well I guess its ok to dream....LOL....ok well gonna go...lata
Me too Michelle rocks!! I just loved her. Vicky was completely ugly on the inside...just blah....I am so glad michelle won. I about jumped up and down screaming!!! She looked great!!! Vicky looked more happy I just home her inside changed thru this!! Ok gotta get goin...lata

Just popping in to say Hi! and I'm still kicking.
Not doing so great, just can't get my heart into anything right now. Suggested to my hubby that we ignore the 25th and celebrate on the Ukrainian Christmas in January, he thought it was a good idea as well, to bad we can't convince the rest of the families. Oh well, still plugging away. I haven't left the house (except to walk to the school bus in the mornings) since Saturday. Thats probably not helping me any. Still very cold especially with the windchill. My van doesn't seem to like the cold so I'm hesitant to take it out.
Anyway I hope you all are doing better. Lauren that was a wonderful thing you did for those kittens, thank goodness you and your brother stopped when you did. I just don't get people sometimes.
Hope - me too. I haven't had the heart to decorate or anything. My counselor suggested I do something Christmas Day for others, so I'm volunteering at a women's shelter and the local soup kitchen. I'm ashamed I didn't think of it myself... It will be good for me.
Well, it's my LAST 'first Christmas alone', right?
