Great losses, everyone! Keep up the good work!

Paige, if you feel it's too much, try dropping down to 28 for a week - split the difference! My points were supposed to go down to 24 the same week the new plan started and said they should be 26.....so, I've just left my alone temporarily and am staying at 26. We'll see how it goes!

Sweet-heart challange, interesting name. But I am in for 12! I wonder how much we can lose as a group!

We are doing great! This week I've been op and getting the exercise in. January is usually a tough month because my holiday eating usually lasts through the month of January!!!

Hey there...today was WI. I dropped 2.4lbs!!! I also set my official WW goal with my leader. We set it for 160, althoughmy ticker says 158. My range is 132-164. I'm not sure where I want to be, but 160 is a start. I fairly large framed & I carry a lot in my chest. Even with losing 30+lbs I have lost less than 1/2inch in my chest. So I am just trying to be realistic....it's less about there # & more about how I feel when I get in that range

WOW - I haven't checked in for a bit as I have been struggling to get OP. I'm now on my 3rd day of tracking and OP. I can't believe how hard that was. We'll see what happens at the scales tomorrow.

Everyone is doing so well here - it gives me incentive to kick this in the rear

Stacynac and Sweetcakes, great losses! Keep it up, you're doing fantastic!

Stacynac, great new avatar!

My weigh in isn't until Saturday morning, but I feel good and the jeans feel good, too, so I guess all is OK so far!

Just wanted to check in! I'm down 7 lbs toward my Sweetheart Challenge - 8 more to go!

I weighed in this morning and was soo happy! I weighed 178 - I haven't weighed this since March 2000 when I found out I was pregnant! Now I just can't wait to get out of the 170s

Hi everyone! Haven't posted for awhile..But I've lost 1 lb. so far towards my goal for the challenge. This week was a good week..Hopefully I'll have another good week this week. I have been losing slowly..which stinks for motivation but I know slow but sure is good as WW says... :-)

Gremlina - I too lose slow. In fact, I've now been with WW for 19 weeks and have lost a total of 17 1/2 pds. I am not looking at it as a total pound issue. I'm looking at it as a change of lifestyle and the best part of it is that I actually lost weight during the months of November and December. In the past, I just would have given myself a pass and started over. I did my best this time to stay afloat and try to find the light at the end. It worked. I have given myself mini goals every month and I didn't make my December goal but that's okay too. I know what I didn't do right and I'm going forward. I also am acknowledging that while I very well can make my January goal of 180, that my Sweetheart goal is going to be a stretch for my weight loss history. That too is OKAY. It gives me something to reach a tad bit harder for to make it happen.

If your goals are boobytrapping your motivation, change them. NOTHING IS CUT IN STONE. This is about your own personal journey and not how others are doing. Although I do love to be a cheerleader for those who have such great success and those stories and quick lines are motivators for me.

Thanks everyone for being here!

Checking in! Had my weekly weigh in the morning and am down 3.4 pounds! YIPPEE!! Like JustSomeGirl, I am now down below what I weighed when I got pregnant the last time. It's almost hard to believe!!

JustSomeGirl, that's a fabulous accomplishment! Take a moment and be proud of yourself!!!

Gremlina and Laura, hang in there!! Everything I've read says that the slower you lose it, the easier it is to keep it off. You guys are doing fantastic!!

Hi everyone,

well I have lost 2 lbs so far but I think I will probably gain it all back this week. I can't exercise and I will probably have to eat out alot because right now we have no water. Right now they are replacing my shower and it is taking longer than what they thought.

Bev, way to go on the loss! Don't let eating out set you back. Investigate the restaurants where you will be eating so you can make good choices and stay on plan. I know it's hard when you have to eat out a lot, but plan for it and you'll do fine!

SweetCakes, congratulations on the loss! And even better, congratulations on the positive self attitude, that's wonderful!
