.Toni..my contribution to Thanksgiving this year is dressings, mac and cheese an banana pudding. Nothing lowfat there at all. The only things being served that are in my diet are green beans and turkey.

That sugar better start behaving in the name of Jesus! Hope you made it to WA this morning.Solly...you are doing great. It is all about one step at a time and acknowledging you accomplishments. I've been working on my potassium also. I was real happy to find that avocados are higher in potassium.
I need to get and make some salsa. I've had to put it off a couple of days so I need to get on it before something comes up again.
