when i was running it took me so long to get to a point where i could go for 30 min without stopping.
for everybody here exercising!
I hurt my ankle yesterday. I don't know how though. I just got up and it started hurting. I'm glad the bike doesn't make it hurt more cause then i wouldn't be able to do anything.
