I am sorry but I think the problem I am having is due the program being too low calorie and not a need for more supplements. I have spent over $1400 over the past 9 weeks. I can't wait for my 20 weeks to be done, but I am going to stick it out until my time is up. After my 20 weeks I will count weight watchers points for free until I get to my goal.
My center has a doctor and a nutritionist you can talk to or let's say they are available for questions. I would ask to speak to them. At times I eat more nuts or more protein then the recommended amount and I am still losing weight. At times I do drink one of the meal replacement drinks, the calorie intake is then only around 250. I try to switch my food around, not always the same breakfast & dinners.
It must be so frustrating that your center is not really helping right now. I will ask my consultant what they recommend when someone gets stuck on the scale. But you have to remember that you lost a lot of inches.
Stick with it, post when you need to vent.
