  • Feeling extra smug since yesterday was my birthday. I ate as if my birthday meant that it's a good day to eat like my health is important to me.

  • Great job ladies! It's great to see you all making such progress. I headed the wrong way this weekend. I'm not sure if it's due to the salty Mother's day food or if it's the cocktail I had with dinner Sunday, but I was up 2.5 pounds on Monday morning. I'm down half a pound this morning but it gets so discouraging.

    I'll do good all week & watch my weight go down steady through the week & then on the weekend I'll eat or drink something that makes me skyrocket back up. It happens almost every week! If I could just learn to behave better on the weekends I would probably be a lot farther along in my weight loss!

    Darn weekends! But they're so much fun!

  • I am not going to make my goal, I have stalled I am doing everything "right" but scale is stuck. All I can hope that I am building muscle underneath!!

    I'm thinking that I am probably not going to make goal this month. 5.4 pounds in 16 days? I doubt it. BUT! Down is good and I'll take whatever the number is. I was hoping to be 160 by June 30th so we'll see. My dh and I were invited to a beach party on July 3--it'd be nice to wear a bathing suit even though I'm still going to be the fattest one there, seriously all the girls are 5 foot 8 and 120 pounds. Oh well. I hope everyone's having a bit more luck than me this month.

    It looks like the rest of us could use a bit of whooshing, too. I ate according to plan yesterday, but I'm up again today. It may be that my plan has too many calories, but I'll give this a little more time before I reach that conclusion.
