I'm going for 22 days of exercise in October.
10/1 = Day Off
10/2 = Day Off (My birthday)
10/3 = Day Off
10/4 = 30 minute bike ride
10/5 = 22 minutes stationary bike (better than the 0 minutes I wanted to do)
10/6 = Day Off (urgh...it's hard so far this month to push myself into it)
10/7 = 25 minutes stationary bike
10/8 = 30 minutes stationary bike (yay for intense biking and finally getting back into it!)
