Hi ROSEY . . . Well, congratulations on the win . . . again . . .
Don't know what to suggest about your BGL problems.

Maybe you are going low in the middle of the night like I do so often and that's why you are high this morning. Try checking just before you go to bed and if you are below about 130, have a little snack . . . just fruit or fruit and a bit of cheese or a wee bit of PB. Bread does me in . . . even the good stuff. I was up at 4 am again this morning and had a reading of 4.3 (77); bet if I hadn't woken up, I would have been considerably
higher by 8 am. Strange disease we have here. Unfortunately, just when you think you are starting to figure it out, everything goes haywire.
We are actually having a sunny and mild (8C/46F) day and they have cancelled the warning about the Nor-Easter we were supposed to get tonight. so, just maybe, things are going to take aturn for the better.
Just back from doing a little shopping and, in a weak moment, I bought some make-believe Tofutti Ice Cream bars (only 40 calories, low fat, no added sugar, coffee flavoured). Ate one -- didn't seem too bad, but now I feel ill and I definately will not be eating another one soon. I think it is all in my mind because it's TOFU. I'm fine with soy burgers and other things made with those little TVP nuggets, but as soon as I see TOFU, I think all my receptors shut down and I go into some kind of withdrawal coma or something. Anyway, these things came 12 to a package and cost over $6.00 so I can't bring myself to throw them out so guess I'll just move them to the big freezer downstairs and hope I can find somebody to give them to.
Anyway, you have a good day and the same good wishes for everybody else, wherever you are hiding . . . keep things moving and shaking, gang . . . see you soon.
