Alright, I went 5 days no binges and the had two days of binging and now I'm back! 2 days no binges.
But I feel pretty good. Those two days were also 100% primal which means sugar free!
I have a bit of a stomach ache today, which started last night. I'm not sure what from but it might be the unsweetened bakers chocolate I had before bed. :/
Anyways, I'm feeling alright today. Trying to eat when hungry and not a moment sooner. (Unless I won't have access to food for 6+ hours or something).
Also, I haven't had the urge to binge, just the urge to eat sugar. Yesterday I turned down all kinds of sugar. I'm convinced I'm going to have to be sugar free for at least 30 days, but probably more, to fully say goodbye to those hardcore cravings.
I honestly haven't been craving bread, but the pizza looked pretty good. I just told myself it probably had sugar in the bread and the sauce. If I'm going to cheat and have pizza I'll have it on homemade bread with sugar-free pizza sauce!
