Danzingurl~ Don't beat yourself up over the binge, it happens! I hope you are enjoying Florida because that sunshine can make all the difference! I think sticking to your plan of 1800 calories is the best option because if you restrict yourself you can set yourself up for another binge without even realizing it, and you just need to enjoy your vacation!!! You got this girl!


I'm pushing through day 4. I got back on plan, had some unhealthy treats this weekend BUT I did not binge, which is a first when I have been tempted with some of my favorites. I just ate like normal, tracked my calories, and went from there. I need to keep this up!

Day 13 today! Tomorrow will be two 'official' weeks- I don't actually know when I last binged, but it was 2 weeks ago tomorrow that I first told others about my problem, and what I count as my first official binge-free day.

Great job Omega and Clever!!!! Also welcome Tyla, you can do this, literally just take things one day at a time!

Day 5 for me, sweets at work have been replaced with healthy produce and cheese haha, this is always good. Still going to pack snacks for work as well, including fruit and yogurt.

Sigh...i binged big on Sunday so yesterday was day 1 I feel so discouraged...this morning i weighed 163 which means i gained 5 pounds from that binge...i know it will go away in a few days but still i'm so discouraged i just want to throw in the towel and do it again

danzingurl - I just got back from FL weighing less than I did when I left, and I had key lime pie and huge dinners every day. I hope you find yourself enjoying good eats while not binging or restricting for your vacation!

Alright, I went 5 days no binges and the had two days of binging and now I'm back! 2 days no binges.

But I feel pretty good. Those two days were also 100% primal which means sugar free!

I have a bit of a stomach ache today, which started last night. I'm not sure what from but it might be the unsweetened bakers chocolate I had before bed. :/

Anyways, I'm feeling alright today. Trying to eat when hungry and not a moment sooner. (Unless I won't have access to food for 6+ hours or something).

Also, I haven't had the urge to binge, just the urge to eat sugar. Yesterday I turned down all kinds of sugar. I'm convinced I'm going to have to be sugar free for at least 30 days, but probably more, to fully say goodbye to those hardcore cravings.

I honestly haven't been craving bread, but the pizza looked pretty good. I just told myself it probably had sugar in the bread and the sauce. If I'm going to cheat and have pizza I'll have it on homemade bread with sugar-free pizza sauce!

looks like we're all starting fresh...i came to confess that i have binged for the past two days and i was right.. i got my period and i'm blown up like a fish...for which i'm glad but the overeating part is not so ok. the work has been hectic and stressful and some new coworkers are real pain in the a** but i have to make trough tomorrow and i'm done. on top of that i have to deal with my family issues and i'm collapsing under things i still have to do before i return to university. sometimes days really don't have enough hours.
after my tom i'm gonna start over.

hang in there chickies ...you guys are always in my mind. hugsss***

I feel crazy right now...i feel a binge beginning. I ate an afternoon snack...a bit larger than normal, but not bad...but i only stopped because i had no more food at work. I then thought about going down to the vending machine even though i only have an hour of work left because i just could not even conceive of having to drive home through rush hour traffic without fulfilling my need to binge first. The only reason i haven't gone to the vending machine yet is because the person who sits next to me will see me (i'm waiting for him to leave). This, i figured, would tide me over until i get home and can REALLY eat.

Well, the person hasn't left yet, so instead of going to the vending machine, i posted a new thread in 3FC. I think with the moral support, i MIGHT be able to escape binging for another day. I feel a bite shakey right now though.
