Geaux - I hope you didn't lose power today and hopefully you all won't get hit with too much rain from the storm. We're supposed to get rain tomorrow and Monday.
So far so good for me today. I've not even had an urge to blow my plan. I just keep thinking about seeing 214 on the scale next week.
had a really bad night - up for about 2 hours in the middle of the night trying to fight off a migraine. I'm still feeling tired and little out of it, but forced myself to do my Walk Away The Pounds routine. I signed up for the September Points challenge here where you get 2 pts for being on plan with food and 1 point each for water and exercise, and I didn't want to lose my exercise point.
Amazingly enough, being on plan with food is the easy part for me at this point!! But I am trying to see if I can go 30/30 with exercise this month and also see what that shows on the scale.
Well we seemed to have fared ok yesterday. No major problems just some minor flooding in some low lying areas and heavy bouts of rain and wind. Today should be more of the same since Lee is just staying put it seems. I'm ready for him to move his big ole butt out of the way!
I didn't manage to get to the gym but I did stay well within my calorie range yesterday (even with Margaritas while watching the game)! I am super-duper excited to see a 3 pound loss this week! Down to 231 on the nose! Next week I definitely want to say goodbye to the 230s FOREVER!
Hope you all have a wonderful and laid-back Sunday!
Mizz - Hang in there and you WILL be out of the 250s soon. You are soooo close! I hope you are back on track.
I went to a cookout yesterday and I'm happy to say I did an awesome job with my eating. I only had 1 hamburger patty (no bun) some of the green salad that I took, 1 pc of grilled chicken with no bbq sauce or skin and 1/2 of a small rib. I also had 2 glasses of red wine and I did a lot of dancing. The longer I'm OP, the easier it gets. I wasn't even tempted to have anything else.

Great job!! And this is exactly my experience too. I just don't even let myself think about going off plan as part of my conscious though pattern. I have my on plan food, that is what I eat, end of story.
Just checking in to say that I had a great OP weekend and my weight is holding at 215. I'm so ready for it to move down again. Hopefully I'll see 214 soon.
I hope everyone else is doing good and getting closer to onederland.
I stayed on target with my eating but exercise was pretty much non-existant. But I am heading back to the gym today. Ready to get back into the swing of things there.
I was thinking too I need to go ahead and take my measurements. I think that will help when I start getting discouraged about not losing. How often do you all take yours? I'm thinking maybe once a month or so?
I've been 5/5 days working out - and I am planning to finish out the week well and be 10/10 prior to my next WI day. Hoping that will give me a good number on the scale!
Count me in! Any inspiration to get me started in the right direction, is JUST what I need. A good starter challenge for someone who's been off the wagon since March.
LG
