Miranda - I do the same thing with decades, I always love going below 235, 225, etc. and being closer to the next lower down decade.

Congrats everyone on their loss. Welcome to the new people. I haven't been in here for a bit. I've been busy trying to finish finals for my last term. I weighed this morning and I am now 254. Well on my way. I am in the zone too. My clothes are already fitting better.

This is certainly the place for me because i have been trying to get to onederland for over two years as well!!! I really want to be there this coming January I need this I need all the motivation I can get. I hope we keep this thread alive Good luck everyone

What kind of plans are you all following and how often are you working out? I would love to hear what everyone else is doing!!

Hello Ladies,

Matilda - Yep I've been trying way too long too to get to onederland. If we put our minds to it we can do it before 1/1/12. I am following the Weight Watchers PointsPlus program. I also try and track my calories too. I'm trying to workout 5 days a week. I do DVDs or I walk.

Mizz - on your loss. You are doing an awesome job.

If we keep this up, we'll be in Onederland before you know it.

This morning I weighed 216.2

I hope everyone else is doing good!

Is it too late to join you guys? I, too, would love to see ONEderland by 1/1/12!

I just recommitted to myself on 8/22 and I'd love to reach 199 or below by that date!

geauxgirl It's never to late to join in. Congratulations on re-committing. For me that is the hardest thing to do. I am really trying to stay focused this time around. I know that if I can get under 200, I will be very motivated to keep going. Keep us posted on your progress.

I'm still holding at 216.2 today. I've worked out 7 days straight and I have stayed within my PointsPlus range for 2 weeks now. Each day I feel stronger and more determined.

I am going to try to make Sept a good month its been a while since I actually lost weight I need to get back on track. I need to get back down to my lowest of 217 and surpass that!!!! WE CAN DO IT

Matilda we really CAN do it. No excuses for us.

I know this is weird, but I actually fit better in my girdle today. Usually I have to wrestle that baby on, but today it just slid on. I can not wait for the day when I don't have to wear girdles at all.

Thanks for the welcome! And yes, I do agree that losing to get to Onederland will definitely keep the motivation going and beyond!

Hope everyone has a great Labor Day weekend! It's gonna be a wet one down here so no outside walking for me. I'll definitely hit the gym today and tomorrow though. Sunday is my rest day and the gym is closed Monday so I'll have to do some dvds or something in lieu of elliptical ****-machine.

Happy Friday!!!

Matilda - I hope you have an awesome month and that you get below your low of 217. I know you can do it so just take it one day at a time.

Mizz - Great job with the girdle. Pretty soon you'll be telling us that you no longer wear it. Just keep on doing what you're doing and before you know it you'll be getting rid of it.

Geaux - I hope you don't get too much rain down there. We're supposed to get some on Sun/Mon and we really do need it. Our lawns are all dried up and all the flowers are dried. It has been unbelievably dry here.

The scale was down to 215.6 for me this morning. I am so excited that it is gradually moving down each day. At the beginning of the year I hit 215 and got stuck there for about 6 weeks and ended up getting discouraged and fell off the wagon. This time I'm hoping that it will keep going. I really want to be around 195 before I go on my cruise at the end of November.

This morning I got up early and did a Turbo Jam workout. I plan to do another workout after work too. I've also started taking the stairs more at work. I'm sure it will all help.

GettinFit - thats fantastic that the scale is moving in the right direction! And you know that's a good point too, I really need to start taking the stairs instead of the elevator. I only work on the 3rd floor so there really is no excuse. I think I will start doing that!

Mizz - Great news about the girdle! You won't be needing it at all before too long!

Matilda - You are so right! ONEderland is within our reach!

Great Job everyone. I am heading to the gym after work today so hopefully by Monday/Tues I will lose another lb or 2. I just want to get under 225lb by end of this week. Even though I have dropped about 6lbs. I have convinced myself that is just water weight and I wont believe it until I fall 225lbs. ugh. I had a great work out yesterday, I did the elliptical and stairmaster, the only problem now is that my knees are a little sore bit I will persevere. I wish losing weight was as easy as putting it on.... ugh
