I walked about 4.5 miles yesterday between dog walking, grocery shopping, and general activity. Doing 3.2 miles today should be easy! LOL!

My group meets at 11:30amm.

Did mine this morning, ended up doing a running/walking combo. 42 minutes! My husband and I signed up for another 5K on Memorial day, so I have a week to try to shave off some time. I want to finish the next one under 40 minutes.

YAY for all of us this weekend!!!

Did mine this morning. We did an unofficial one, but they had invited so many meetings that it took FOREVER (okay 45 minutes) to get into the place and get parked and by then they had started so everyone trickling in kind of did their own thing. I ended up not even seeing anyone from my meeting but lots of other ww'ers.

I went with my hubby. He doesn't usually walk or run at the gym but he's 8 inches taller than me, doesn't carry much extra weight, and ice skates and uses the elliptical fairly regularly so figured it would balance out. He struggled a lot though, at a walking pace. Though I think a big chunk of that was his shoes that he refuses to replace. I told him about a million times I was there with him and it wasn't a race, we could take as long as he wanted, but he kept trying to get me to go on ahead of him at a faster pace. Another ww'er got her directions mixed up and told us to go the wrong way, so a bunch of us ended up tacking what we guess was an extra 1.75 miles on. So it was a long walk but a nice walk.

I did my 13 laps in 65 minutes, which made me happy. I had already walked my dog for 1.5 miles before going to do the 5K, then we took him to a greyhound event AFTER the 5K. I ended up walking almost seven miles when all was said and done. My ankles and knees are definitely going to be sore tomorrow!
