  • I am halfway through the walking training. Feeling absolutely fantastic.
  • 3 weeks ladies!

    I'm hoping they hand out 5k charms =o)
  • So not motivated today. It's been a crappy day at work and all I want to do is go home and eat bad stuff. Hoping my husband doesn't give in and makes me go run anyway.
  • I had to train earlier this morning because the weather has been wacky. I hope you feel better, Scoutieout.
  • It won't be long now. I have a rest day tomorrow... I wish I could fast forward to the 5k, so excited!
  • Thanks, DrivenByAmbition! We ended up running after all, and I'm so glad we did. I felt so much better afterwards.....even though I still went home and ate a bunch of bad stuff. Oh well, weigh-in is tomorrow, and a new week will be starting. Running again today, with a rest day tomorrow!

  • Bumping it up to 8 mins. of running today. Not sure how I'll do since I had trouble finishing 7. But, not giving up!!!
  • Reviving the thread. It won't be long. 40 minutes is really a challenge. I feel great!
  • Up to 12 mins. of running. Intervals are really increasing quickly now! One more week!
