Congrats everyone!! I get weighed tomorrow and I'm so nervous but I'll be put out of my misery! I keep weighing myself at home but I trust the SW scales more
Hi guys - really sorry I haven't posted yet. I have a big psychology project due in for 5pm and neurotransmitters and I aren't really getting along very well...
I'm hopefully weighing in tomorrow. Normally, I would have done so today, but... well...
Long story short, I had my last exam for this semester yesterday (woop!) and had Christmas dinner (my bf goes to the US over Christmas to see his fam, so I have early xmas dinner) so I am bloated as ****, and feel like I'm holding loads of water today.
The updated weights for this week are in red. Again, I'll update as people check in. Well done Keira for reaching goal! and good luck to those still to weigh in...
I stayed the same again. Not good. I'm so scared that I'm going to get disheartened and stop. Really, I'm absolutely terrified. I can't let the same thing that always happens happen yet again. I don't understand the process that makes me so unmotivated. Argh!!!
I guess I should just be extremely grateful that I haven't gained....
beescwee.. dont worrie you will lose...
as for me i put myself in bootcamp..lol and i am proud to say i am 240.8 today. The thing is i know what to do its just getting myself to do it was the problem....
So am at 172 this week, am pretty pleased, but worried about putting on 1/2 stone over the coming week, so, we'll see!
Beescwee, thanks so much for doing all the compiling, even with your project due. Also, I know it is really hard to stay motivated when the scales aren't moving, but as you said you just have to focus on the positive aspect of that, which is that you are way better off than when you started, 2&1/2 stone better off!!! and that there has been no gain...you can get through the no loss weeks.
Thanks for your support. Ellie, you're totally right, I need to remember that I'm doing well so far and am definitely going in the right direction!
I've joined a gym! My boyfriend (who is extremely skinny and totally doesn't need to go) is coming with me - he's going to make sure I stick to it... I'm really looking forward to it! We have a holiday to Venice booked on the 6th February, so I really want to lose as much as I can beforehand. I know it's not a long time really, but I'm going to do what I can!
Tiara, boot camp sounds scary! You're getting great results though, well done! Good luck with starting the new year in the 30s - I'm sure you will. I'm going to aim at starting the new year under 15st. It's doable, so I'll be really annoyed if I don't!
