Hey Chicas!! I am doing great, I hope you are all doing great too.
I have been eating according to the book with no cheats.
I have been able to keep my calories up where I want too.
Last night I got in 30 minutes of strength training and tonight I will run for 40 - 45min.
NSV - This may be TMI - you can stop here if you'd like - I have never been very regular. I was lucky to go once every other day. Lately I've been super regular - being able to go everyday and up to 3 times. This is a big deal to me because I've had some major GI issues in the past. I've probably lost an inch in my waist just from this. Eating 62g of fiber a day must be helping.
News - DH and I have decided to TTC!!!

I have been wanting to have another child for a while, so I am sooo happy. We will start trying in about a month. Once we are I will have to alter what I'm eating quite a bit - calories anyway.
Food:
7am Banana
8:30am 4 egg whites, 1/2c each black beans and brown rice, grapefruit
10:30am 1/2c each black beans and brown rice, apple
1:00pm Veggie Chilli, 1c Cantelope
3:30pm 4.5oz Sugar Snap Peas, 2 small carrots, 6oz FF Yogurt
7:30pm 1/2c each black beans and brown rice, 1 cucumber
