Olivia, I'm in the same boat! I've been sooooo sick the past few days! I'm trying to stay on track as far as what I eat, however I have not been eating as often as I should. I too cheated earlier this week, having sorbet and yes it felt excellent on my throat.
What has not been excellent is my lack of exercise
I can barely sit still without coughing up a storm, let alone go for a run! While I'm not feeling 100% yet, I'm going to try and get more on track tomorrow as far as eating regularly, but I won't be running for prolly a few more days after that till I know I'm over this.
