Exercise Accountability - July

  • Taking my morning cardio off for a number of reasons (mainly that my houseguests didn't leave until well after they said they would, so I couldn't go before work), but between the 3 mile walk last night and the fact that I'll do both resistance training on my lunch and swimming tonight, I'm OK with it.
  • Weight lifting and pilates.
  • Yesterday:

    Today:
    Gym: Shoulders
    Run: 2miles/3.22k

    Today I did the shoulder workout in this Oxygen magazine, it was awesome...
  • Walked dog 20 minutes

  • Billy Blanks Tae*Bo workout.
  • 45 min walk/jog, 30 min stability ball, 100 crunches.
  • 45 min walk/jog, stability ball, 100 crunches.

    Want to do a 35 min weight lifting program on my lunch, we'll see if I can carve out the time.
  • Weight resistance and cardio.
  • July 19 Aerobics 54 minutes, Treadmill 16 minutes
    July 20 Walked at mall 31 minutes

  • 100 crunches, stability ball, and to cross-train on my non running day, 45 min of intervals on my rebounder.
  • 25 min combo arm/leg strength training.

    It was HARD too - all combo moves with almost no breaks.
  • Gym: biceps/triceps
    Cardio: 5k
  • Cardio and weight training.
  • 45 min jog/walk, 100 crunches, stability ball.

    You know its hot when you get up at 7:00am on a Saturday to beat the heat for your run, and its still 80 degrees outside...ugh.
