Woo hoo on the fresh veggies. Mine are spent for the summer. I do have some Serano peppers and herbs that are still growing.

I gained some of the weight back and hate the way I look too. So we are all in this together. But we shall overcome! Already you are willing to share with us some of your knowledge. I learned something about wheat intolerance. Thanx.
