I'm doing better with calorie goal now that I have a range to shoot for. I made my water goal on Friday but not yesterday. I'm doing better with that today. I haven't gotten a whole lot of exercise so far this week being on call which was expected but plan to do some Wii tonight. How's everyone else doing?
Hey all! Hopefully not to late to jump in the March challenge. I really need to get back into it. I kinda gave up after the November challenge and let the holidays take over. I'm went up about 8lbs, but recently started paying better attention to the food and have excercised consistently this week so I am down 1 of those pounds. I'd like to be at 165 by the first week of April.

I feel like I've been on a real roller coaster with the scale lately. The first couple of weeks of March, I was down almost 8 lbs thanks to my new Gowear Fit. Then I got sick and the scale went up 4 lbs in just a couple of days at the beginning of last week. I wasn't able to work out but I stayed OP with food and by yesterday, had managed to knock off those 4 lbs and get back to my ticker weight from last Saturday. Yesterday, I was slightly higher on calories (only 1563, nothing crazy! but I've been averaging about 1350 lately) but also worked out for the first time since I got sick and the scale was back up 1 lb. argh!!
I'm hoping it was having slightly different foods than normal and also, not being as diligent about water. So fingers crossed that tomorrow, that 1 lb will be gone and I'll finally start to see some more downward movement!
I need some accountability this weekend, so I'm joining the thread.
Ok, I'm hovering around 151. And at the end of March, I wan't to weigh 149. I know it's very well possible because I have gotten down to 149 several times this month.
Weekends are the worst for me, so if I starting checking in now during the week, maybe I won't let myself down again.
Oh, there's no way I'm making my March goal. Right now I am only down 0.3 lbs from the start of the month. In other words, I've maintained. Now my only goal is to make sure I CONTINUE to be down for the month because I certainly don't want to post a gain... Ugh. Oh, well. The reason I'm not down is simply because I haven't been focusing on this enough to make it happen. So, that's good -- it's not like I was trying really hard but to no avail. I'm moving on!
I don't know if its the fitbit or what, but my scale said 220 this morning. Lowest number I've seen so far. Don't know if I'll get below that number by tomorrow morning but I'm a happy camper this morning.
I totally missed my goal this month. In fact, I was up 0.2lbs from 3/1. Goes to show what *not focusing* on my goal does to me... I need to get my arms around this beast again!
