    There's a great new peanut butter at Walmart called Naturally More....full of fiber....a tiny bit crunchy, and a tiny bit sweet....has to be in frig....lowfat.....low sodium and sugar......it is good.....try it out.

    There is a book called "The Secret." One of its recommendations is to have a "Gratitude Journal." BC this thread is the closest thing I have to a journal, I've decided to include something I'm grateful for on each post. Today, I'm grateful for the 3FC's website.

    Fun - go shopping (maybe lunch) with my dd & sil.
    Exercise - buy some exercise clothes
