We did a 30 minute walk around the neighborhood last night -- you all inspired me to get John out the door.

1 solid hr. of swimming. 3 hrs. of floating on a raft and paddling my arms. I am sore and sun-burned. I'll just count the actual swim.

Monday, it's 2:56PM and I have already walked my 30 min's on treadmill for today. This is a record for me. I have been getting lazier of the evening and decided to walk earlier each day and get it done.

Tuesday - 40 minutes treadmill
30 minutes swimming

4points

Lillybelle - I have started to do the treadmill in the morning to and love it! Never thought I would. It sets me for the whole day and I feel great knowing it's done. When I used to do it at night it would hang over my head like a dark cloud all day knowing that i STILL had to do it.

30 min's on Treadmill again today, I'm on a roll. It is easier to do it earlier in the day before I get lazy and talk myself out of it.

Wednesday, 30 min's on treadmill today. I am still on my roll.Trying to keep up with needtolose4me2. This exercise challenge is great and I feel guilty if I have a day without exercise.

thurs. 30 minute treadmill
30 minutes heavy bedroom and closet cleaning with moving furniture around in circles!!

4 points.
Good going Lillybelle. I think I'm taking tomorrow off though. I am so stiff my back arms and thighs are killing me today. I added 2 lb arm weights on the treadmill and do arm exercises when I take a break from jogging. ( i usually do 1/2 mile jog then 1/4 fast walk with the arm exercises and try to get 2 miles in 30 minutes. May not seem like much to some but my heart rate still goes up pretty quick so I am slowing increasing the jog and decreasing the walk. Not doing to bad . It was opposite when I started! I would run 1/4 mile then walk a 1/2. so I'm getting there.

1 solid hr. of swimming. My arms are already getting sore, but I sure did enjoy. I'll be back on treadmill tomorrow.
