I did 30 minutes of Weight Watchers Get Started Video (Circuit Training) just before midnight yesterday. I also did a full house cleaning all day today from top to bottom since we are giving my hub's ex-wife a 40th B'day party at our home. I did so much work - I wish I could count it, but I am sure it will show eventually via my weight.

11:27 AM - I am off to an early start today - I have done 45 minutes of WATP!!! I am going to do 15 minutes of Elliptical later today. I have got to get started preparing tables and setting up chairs. I just edited my previous post since I was the last poster from last night.

That is so nice of you to give your hub's ex-wife a B-Day party. I'd like to give mine's a party too. At the river with some large cinder blocks. LOL

And lilybelle, I'd like to do that with my ex-husband! Actually, Falon and I are going to chase him through a cornfield and run him over.

My exercise for today is cleaning the house -- up and down the stairs with the laundry, running the sweeper, dusting, lots of bending over picking up junk off the floor -- John can make the biggest mess!

I'll give myself 3 points today.

Ladies, you are all doing a wonderful job so far! Doesn't it make you feel better?

I know it was more than an hour...but I'm only counting 1 hour....I played volleyball at a graduation party. It was a blast!

So that makes 3 pts??? Not sure how the point system works.

WATP WALK & KICK today - 30 Minutes.

I did 15 minutes of trampoline jumping with my neice last night as well as an hour of basketball, both shooting, shooting, running, jumping, blocking - it was so fun. I am not counting the hour in my 500 minutes - because it was unplanned play and I pledged to make sure it was exercise dedicated to weightloss.

Monday - 4 points
30 minutes treadmill
30 minutes yardwork

(not liking this much!) It's such an effort for me to do this! I'm glad we have this challenge because I think without it I would have blown it off today!
Of course some of it has to do with my scale not moving yet really. (3lbs in 4 weeks!) Not a happy camper.
