I walked outside for 30 min's this evening. It was nice to get out and see the greenery. My daughter is now wanting to lose a few lbs. and is going to walk with me. It is more enjoyable than just walking on treadmill.

Sorry Guys, I missed posting yesterday. I spent the day in the yard and chasing children. I dug up the second raised bed, made the frame, and shoveled in the ingredients for the soiless mix over 4 hours and I did Walk & Kick WATP yesterday which was an additional 30 minutes. Today I did 1 mile WATP (20 Minutes), added fertilizer to my beds by using a hand cultivater (30 minutes) and 10 minutes on the elliptical. I am counting the 30 from yesterday and the 1 hour for today.


And - Hey I just noticed this is a sticky now.
