WTG to all the losers!!! My weigh in is on Tuesday and I hope *fingers crossed* that I lost Something!! Ive been bad this week. We have been SO super busy with my son baseball things that weve been eating on the run all week!! Im vowing to do better this week!

I wasn't able to post earlier for the 4th challenge due to not having computer access for about a week. I've lost a couple of pounds since the last posting. I will actually be at the beach on July the 4th, so I'm hoping to have reached my goal. Got to be able to buy a new Tankini!
Congrats to all of you. I love watching your numbers (and mine) go down.

Hi,

I've not lost anything this weigh in (which wasn't suprising as I've just come back from a birthday weekend away for DH for 22 people which I organised) There was quite a bit of food and drink there and I didn't stay OP as much as I could, but...... I'm walking a marathon in a decorated bra (for charity/ not madness) in 4 weeks so need to be in peak physical condition so will be very strictly OP and exercising this week.

Promise not to let you down ladies!!

clareh and sotypical-don't worry about no losses. you should be thankful they weren't gains!!

Lady-Wow. 5lbs?! How'd u do it?

I've gained 3 lbs. Which puts me at 228. Yuck!! That's almost where I started. Wow, I have been really blowing it these past couple of weeks. I suck! Juts kidding. But I really am going to try harder this week and from now on. I want to be a loser just like everyone else!!

I eat about 1500 to 1800 a day...On the weekend I let go a bit and I do not walk or workout. I dont let the small stuff bother me. I keep think about how bad I want it. I know if I eat the wrong stuff it may mess up what I have done so far so I stay away from it... no hot dogs no pizza no bread(white) I dont know I just keep thinking about what I want....I feel better about myself now than I have in a long time...I try really hard not to get down on myself....Its been 2 week sence I have lost anything so I was working really hard this past week.

I have not been on the scales but one time this week and that was on Sat. I will not step back on them untill next Sat. so I have got to be good to see them move. And if it dont thats ok I got all the time in the world....

congrats to us all on our losses or our stand still. i'd much rather stand still than go back up. but even if you do go up a pound or two...don't sweat it. it could be anything but not likely a pound of fat. I actually went out to dinner with an exboyfriend and his family this weekend. i ate 3 slices of pizza hut meat lovers pizza....i really should have stopped at two because i was almost miserable on the ride home. even though the 3rd slice was thin crust...i still probably should not have had it. i did at least drink water with my meal. anyways...i was up to 169 today instead of 168 but that's okay. it'll go back down to 168 and hopefully 167 by the end of the week.

just hang on tight kids...this is a wild and exciting ride. we will make it to the end goal. we just have to keep having faith and don't let go of the ride!!!!

Oh I love it here. I was feeling so bad about no loss (I wasn't at the weekend but come Monday morning and I realise that I'm accountable for what I eat and drink, I disappointed myself) I've read your comments and I feel so much better.

Rosario- I'm sure we'll both be posting losses next week (there's another challenge for you!!) as Monday means we can wipe the slate clean and start again.
