congrats to us all on our losses or our stand still. i'd much rather stand still than go back up. but even if you do go up a pound or two...don't sweat it. it could be anything but not likely a pound of fat. I actually went out to dinner with an exboyfriend and his family this weekend. i ate 3 slices of pizza hut meat lovers pizza....i really should have stopped at two because i was almost miserable on the ride home. even though the 3rd slice was thin crust...i still probably should not have had it. i did at least drink water with my meal.

anyways...i was up to 169 today instead of 168 but that's okay. it'll go back down to 168 and hopefully 167 by the end of the week.
just hang on tight kids...this is a wild and exciting ride. we will make it to the end goal. we just have to keep having faith and don't let go of the ride!!!!
