I wish I had a more precise scale. The old fashioned ones are so...well, imprecise. lol. I want to be able to see a more subtle change, only having those 1kg lines is frustrating! It keeps me from weighing myself too often, though. Once a week should do it, right?
How often do you ladies need to weigh yourselves for the optimum motivation?
