Thanks, DrivenByAmbition! We ended up running after all, and I'm so glad we did. I felt so much better afterwards.....even though I still went home and ate a bunch of bad stuff. Oh well, weigh-in is tomorrow, and a new week will be starting. Running again today, with a rest day tomorrow!
