Arrow getting closer to my July goal!
I weighed in this morning and have lost 2.3 pounds for a total of 53 pounds now! Yeah!! I have to lose two more pounds to reach my 55 pound goal by the end of July.

How is everyone else doing?

thanks angaram! I am trying just to focus now on getting two more pounds to meet my 55 pound goal by the end of July.

how is everyone else doing?

#'s 4 and 5 are met. One more summer goal left!

1. 202 by July 2nd. I'm one pound away from that right now, so that seems very attainable. At this weight, I will leave obesity behind and be overweight instead. Goal accomplished!!! June 18th!!!

2. 200 by July 16th. That will mean my total loss will be 50 pounds. Goal accomplished!!! June 25th!!!

3. 199 by July 23rd because it will feel good to be on the other side of 200 for the first time in I don't know how many years. Goal accomplished!!! July 2nd!!!

4. 197.5 by August 2nd. I'll be exactly 1/2 way to my goal. 52.5 pounds lost, 52.5 to go. Goal accomplished!!! July 16th!!!

5. 197 by August 6th. I'll be over the hump with 53 pounds down, and 52 to go. Goal accomplished!!! July 16th!!!

6. 194 by the end of August for a total loss of 56 pounds.

Reward: The weight loss itself, and I think I'll go check out the Labor Day sales and maybe pick out a new outfit.

OK, I haven't waited till labor day to get new clothes. As I lose weight, my closet thins out as well, and I've gotten some new tops and pants to replace the ones that were too big for me. I love my new outfits, and love that I've gotten almost everthing on great sales. Oddly enough, I can still wear some skirts that I wore before I lost weight.

I made it!!!! All goals accomplished!!!!!

You bet I'll be checking out the Labor Day sales, especially as I've lost another inch on my hips since last time I posted. Time to set new goals?

Wow, Jeanne!!!! Way to go! It has been a looooonnnggg time since I set a weight loss goal and actually met it! You give me hope to keep on plugging.

How Wonderful to actually set goals and then accomplish them!! I say this cause I usually have good intentions and fall short, or start out strong and then peter out!!
good for you!! I am closing in on mine. I have to lose 3 more to get to my last goal for the summer----->60 pounds by the end of August!!
