Talking Setting Our Mini-Goals

I hope there wasn't already a thread for this and I just missed it somewhere! Eep!

I thought it might be nice to have a thread where everyone can post their mini-goals, update, encourage, and post again when they've hit that goal!

Who's with me?

I'm currently at 265 and my ultimate goal weight is 130. I'm going to set my mini-goal to 255 by Valentine's Day.

My "Ultimate Mini-Goal" is to be out of the 200's by summertime...so 199 by mid June.

Post your mini-goals! Have fun!

My first mini goal is 225 by Valentine's Day. I'll make my next one then.

Best wishes to all!

My first mini goal is my 5% (I'll need to lose 14.5 lbs.) I'm almost there. After that my next goal is 10%. I'm on WW, so I'll get my key chain at 10%!

I want to be 173 at the end of January, and 170 by Feb 22.
Also, I want to be exercising virtually daily between now and then. Instead of planning a rest day, I will take them when irregular work hours interfere with being able to exercise.
I also want to be able to do and hour of strenuous exercise without getting so tired I can't do anything for the rest of the day.
SO, lots of small goals, and I hope to achieve them as part of one continuous flowing stream.

30 pounds lighter by my birthday, July 26th. I'm currently 195, so 165 by then! That's about 5 pounds a month or 1.25 pounds a week.

I have monthly mini-goals. I exercise 5-6 days a week in four week chunks with a small reward at the end of each chunk. These continue until I have been exercising regularly for a year, at which point I should have a good exercise habit and I only get rewards for each 6 month chunk beyond that.
Additionally I have a mini-goal of being below 200 # by the end of June, when I can get an iPhone for a reward and a min-goal to ride my bike to work at least once a week for the four full weeks of July. I get something for this, but it might just be great legs to show off when I go camping the week after.

I have 7 mini goals set up lol...

The first one is to lose 28 pounds, at that point I will be 217 & will no longer be "morbidly obease"
Then 18 more pounds after that my second mini goal will put me at 199, ONEderland
Then, the biggy! In mini goal number three, 36 pounds will bring me down to 163, when I'm no longer "obease".
Mini Goal number four, is another 18 pound one, which will bring me to 145, a 100 pounds lost milestone!
Mini goal five; a ten pound one, to bring me down to 135, where I will no longer be "overweight".
Mini goal six; A 13 pound one, at 122 I will be half the woman I was... literally
And finally, mini goal seven; is a 12 pound one, to bring me to 110, my ultimate goal weight!

Yeah. I have already reached my set goals. Just trying to maintain the weight that I have got to. Well I feel maintaining weight is more difficult than reaching goal weight. We tend to take things easy when the goal is reached. But Beware. you may fall out of way and things start to rebound.
