I dropped out of these challenges for a bit and have just been staying around the same weight for the past 6 weeks. Time to get back into losing though! So nice to see some of the same "faces" and some new ones too!

Ack, didn't make it. 159.5 this morning. I'm 99% sure it's just water, but ick. I just remind myself that I'm eating well and exercising . Last month I lost 3 pounds the week after my period (part of which was just the weight gained during my period, but plus a little too), so I'm trying to stay positive .
