Well, I'm back down a little. I'm just hoping to weigh in tomorrow morning at the same weight (158) as last Monday. Hopefully next week will be better, post-TOM  .

Ack, didn't make it. 159.5 this morning. I'm 99% sure it's just water, but ick. I just remind myself that I'm eating well and exercising

. Last month I lost 3 pounds the week after my period (part of which was just the weight gained during my period, but plus a little too), so I'm trying to stay positive
