    I am feeling rather good that I've gotten in my workouts for this week. I'm trying to do at least 30m a day...about 300 cardio calories if I take it easy and about 500 if I push myself. I figure that allows for about 3 pounds a month.

    It's taking everything in me not to weigh in....and I won't do it until the 23rd!

  • Hey there I am back in the challenge, hard to do one of these with no scale! So I weighed my self this morning and then had to recheck 4 times....

    p.s. and I really trust this new scale since its the old fashioned kind anyone else feel this way? I had an electronic one with fat percentage on it but got tired of the flucuations due to water weight and it took forever to get your weight.

    Gah. TOM is over now, time for the water weight to go bye-bye. It's overstayed it's welcome. 9 days with no loss. I'll survive, but ... gah.
