    I am really planning on losing the weight 3 pounds a month so don't expect drastic losses but...I like being somewhere so I can commiserate with other people about the poundage and food intake and exercise!

    Ack, didn't make it. 159.5 this morning. I'm 99% sure it's just water, but ick. I just remind myself that I'm eating well and exercising . Last month I lost 3 pounds the week after my period (part of which was just the weight gained during my period, but plus a little too), so I'm trying to stay positive .
