Hey everyone I'll join your group

I can't run, my asthma prevents it. But I do jog. I'm working up to a run. The longest I've done is 4 miles, but I also take "walking breaks" in order to be able to breathe. Not too long though. Last night I did a total of 35 minutes, and maybe 10 of that was walking.
I know what you mean about getting the high though. Some days ALL I WANT TO DO is get out there jog, and I'm all antsy and full of energy until I do! Its like I just REALLY need to release it.
