Tara- Love your point system only thing I will change is the rewards and the 35 fat (with counting points thats enough counting for me LOL). I really think this will help keep me on track better. been trying to find another thread with a system like this to keep me going each day. I've been really good all week NO slip ups

Andrea- Glad to hear you enjoyed your massage. I know what you mean with those tables they are really heavy. My sister in law left hers here and loading it up for her wasn't as easy as it looked.
