I'm thinking that is why my period is coming so much. Could be why I've been feeling so yucky all the time too. Need to take it for 8 more weeks then go in for bloodwork and see where my levels are. It says on the bottle to take it before breakfast on an empty stomach an hour before eating. My problem is by the time I remember to take it I'm starving and don't want to wait an hour before i can eat...that and I hate having to take daily meds...better get used to it huh
I like those kinds of mistakes. I did go for a walk but it was a short one. I waited to long and it was getting way to dark and there is not one street light out here
Try that again today. Found my pedometer it doesn't record steps taken only miles, km, and calories burned. Only burned 87 better then nothing though right??? I really need to go back to the gym.
