Today was a so so day. I didn't do to bad but I'm not expecting a loss. I'm going to take the dog for a long walk tomm... so I hope that helps me not see a gain or even help me lose depending on how much damage I did yesterday
I wish I would have got a few more healthy snacks for the house but spent a little to much time shopping for non food items that by the time I checked the time I was rushing.... I hate rushing LOL!
This week is Spring break for DD ... I have to find things for her to do so shes not stuck in the house so other than a few stops to eat out I should be okay with keeping myself busy.
You have been doing good even without having the right foods A. You will really be a roll when you do get better food in the house. I bet you can't wait until summer so you can start swimming huh? I remember last summer you were out almost everyday.
