im ok, i have a chirop. appt tomm where i will be discussing my sciatica and the situation w the massusse b/c im not sure what to do about her i havent even talked to her yet i dont want to until after i talk to him first.

I found an outfit I really really want to get.........SSOOOO bad. I need to move my butt and get more points daily. If I got 10 points a day I would have a piece of that outfit in 12 days....the whole outfit in 24...or should I get the whole outfit at once??? I really really want it now LOL.....Okay time for bed nighty- nite

Here we go ladies, its been a week of points and my total if 53 for the week. That includes 6 points from weight lost. I get 2 points per pound lost and thi8s week I lost 3, so I am one third of the way there!!!!WWOOOHHOOO!!!!!!

wtg tara! you go girl!! congrats on the loss!!! thanks for the support yea i alweays try to chat w him first esp in this case cuz it could be a little 'delicate' w her bc its never easy to say i wasnt happy w the massage esp when it was the first. i was only lookin for a european massage to relax but it def wasnt that. i think she sid a medical masage on me didnt feel so good.

Tara- Way to go! I'm not going to add points for weight loss that is a reward in itself. Changed my steps to miles since i have no way to track steps. I think my pedometer is broke went for a longer walk yesterday then the day before and it read the same. Didn't have it in the same place though.

Andrea- I have heard of the LA diet but I don't know anything else. Are you not liking WW?

I am counting the pounds lost, but if I gain a pound I lose 3 points. Just a little catch for myself!!!!!! Especially as I keep yoyoing.

I think I lost another pound. Think it's more like half a pound because it keeps going back and forth from one weight to the other. I have my niece and nephew again today and not very happy about it Long story

Yeah, I just dont think this is going to work for me. I need to move on. There is actually a possible position here in town, that would save me like an hour and 15 minutes daily in travel time. I am calling aobut it today. My friend wasnt sure if it had been filled yet. My job is basically so screwed up that me and one other person still dont know if we are working after this coming week. I cant just sit around ad wait, I have a child to support.
