I guess it's safe to say that I'm maintaining. I'm not sure how. My food is awful. Even when my calories are low, they're not good calories. I think in about two weeks I've done some intentional exercise once.
I'm working too much, but when you're part-time, you take when the taking is good. So tomorrow is nine out of ten.
I think my head will explode if this real estate deal doesn't straighten out soon. I thought all the financing had to be in order today but it's tomorrow and some inspecter is coming in the morning. It looks like a zoo in here. We're about a third packed. There's stuff everywhere!
I've moved some furniture so I could at least make tidy stacks of boxes. I'm going to get a good nights sleep and sweep and vaccuum in the morning. Then I'm going healthy food shopping while that inspecter guy is here. I have to work at three but I should take the time to go for a nice long walk along the lake. In the town where I shop, there's a board walk along Lake Huron. Now that sounds like a darned good idea.
There ya go! Just by coming here to vent ... I've come up with a coping mechanism that involves both diet and exercise
