November goals:
1. Complete Week 9 of C25K program. Goal 1 met!
2. Run a 5K on Nov. 7. Goal 2 met!
3. Run a 5K on Nov. 21.
4. After C25K is complete, begin running 4 days/week.

I ran strong and felt great. There was no official timer so I don't know how long it took, but I'm fairly certain I finished well under my goal time of 36 minutes. The race organizers said that by their cell phone times, I ran it in 26 minutes, but that seems preposterous to me.
I MUST get back to the gym! I haven't been in so long. I feel like I've lost all muscle tone. Therefore, starting today my goal is to make it to the gym 5 times per week.
