I really struggled through my workout yesterday. I had no energy, got a really bad headache about 10 minutes in...I just wanted to quit. But I forced myself to finish. I didn't feel better afterwards, but I know it is good for me in the long run, so I'm glad I did. That 200 situp thing is kicking my butt! I feel like someone ran over my stomach with a motor bike. It is awesome!

The pushups I'm not really feeling yet, but I think I'm going to focus more on making the the most beautifully perfect pushups ever...I can't go very low right now, but I'm trying.
