    Did 20 minutes, since that was all the time I had, but bumped up the speed 1/2 mile per hour to compensate...
  • Thursday exercise
    1 hour of intense mat Pilates
  • Friday Morning--

    Well, look at us being on Page THREE of the exercise board. Great going, guys!!!

    I forgot to post for Wednesday. Rats! I did 31 minutes then. And I just did 31 minutes today. On the TM both days.

  • Thursday, day 4 of the challenge for me.

    Did 30 minutes of wt training, Did abs, back, aductors/abductors

    Won't get any in for Friday, but will get one more day in either Sat or SUn.

    That will make 5 days for me.

    Was happy to get out there today and do my 4.5 miles though it took me 1hr 2 minutes and 20 seconds. Slow at a snail again Better than nothing which is about what I was going to do!!

    Today gives me not only 5 days in a row I've walked but I've logged 22.5 miles

  • Wednesday and Friday - About 5 games of badminton each session.

    Saturday - Leslie Sansone's Two Mile Walk. Was pleased that I was able to complete the two miles as this is the first time in several months that I have done any "walking".

    This makes 5 exercise sessions this week, counting the two sessions of badminton on Monday. I thought I had better get my butt in gear as I will be doing a lot of sitting during the next two weeks on my trip.
