I gained 2lbs this week, but I knew it was coming and was totally prepared for it, so when I stepped on the scale yesterday I wasn't disappointed but, instead, felt motivated to work even harder this week! I think that actually says a lot about the change in my attitude this time around, since in the past I'd always get super upset and bummed about a gain like that. But not this time! It's just an incentive to be more careful watching my points and exercising!
I've never done Zumba, but my sister bought the Wii game and loves it. And I have co-workers who do it twice a week and seem to enjoy it. I just signed up for a modern belly dance class (I guess it's "modern" in the sense of the music they use) and I'm SUPER excited!
