well its hump day and its nice to that the ladies are keeping track of their measurements. I hope for a better outcome on Sunday since this Sundays was alittle disappointing.
As I am at the end of a 6 week period in my tracking, I'm reporting measurements as of 4/2:
Neck = 16
Left Arm = 17
Right Arm = 17
Rib Cage (bra band) = 43
Upper Stomach = 59
Waist = 48
Lower Stomach/Hips = 59
Left Thigh = 28.5
Right Thigh = 27.5
Left Calf = 18
Right Calf = 18

I hate taking my measurements...too much work! But I do like finding I fit in a different size. And now that I'm a little smaller, I find I can fit in some clothes at Nordstroms that I haven't been able to wear in a very long time.
When I started on my road toward optimum health (I've always been on the road to losing weight, but there seemed to be an awful lot of junk food palaces on that route!) I was wearing size 30/32 pants and 28 tops at Lane Bryant. I can now just barely fit into the size 24 pants and tops at Nordstrom's and Macy's. I remember my hips used to measure 64" and now they're just under 57".
There are two pairs of size 24 pants and one size 22 in my closet, waiting for me to lose enough so that I don't have to lay down to zip them. Sooooo looking forward to that!
