I did maintain my weight during the christmas holidays. Last weightin at TOPS was dec. 20 at 252 a total weight lost for 2010 was 29 lbs. What was bad look at these figures (lost 67.50 [COLOR="Red"]gain 38.25[COLOR="red"][COLOR="Black"]net lost 29.25 If I could just lose and not gain I could nip this in the bud. My resolutions for 2011 1. spend more time with family and friends 2. exercise 5 times a week 3.lose weight 4. enjoy life 5. go to bed early get up early 6. lose 51 lbs in 2011 thats 4.25 lbs a month by dec 23 weigh 201 7. spend less money on things i dont need 8. go to church more and pray more 9. work harder for my TOPS club 10. [COLOR="DarkOrange"]SPREAD "THE SPARK"valentine challenge i'm in. lose 5 lbs
